Need help with Hyperhidrosis

Hi,

Today I learned that hyperhidrosis is a real medical condition. For so many years everyone keeps telling me that it's because of my diet. Everyday is like a battle for me. In summers, everyday I wake up, my hands and feet start sweating like there's no tomorrow. So have to keep wearing socks all day long. I can't go out without wearing some sort of closed shoes.
In winters it's even worse, if I start sweating it doesn't go away even when I'm freezing. It is triggered by nervousness e.g when I get call, ride a bike, even when I lay in bed for too long after waking up.
I've tried multiple anti perspirant sprays but they don't do jack sh*t.
So if anyone knows how I can permanently stop this nightmare, please let me know. Any help is greatly appreciated.

▲ 5 r/acne

I took 40mg isotretinoin per day for nearly 15 months. During this period I was 100% acne free. But due to blurry vision side effect, I had to stop taking it. After less than 2 months my acne situation was back to square one. I don't know what to do now. I feel so defeated. My acne instantly gets triggered with spicy food but most of the time it happens even without spicy food. Any help is greatly appreciated.
