Does this mean my account was banned?
This is only my second purchase on Walmart.com, and I’m already receiving the following message when trying to place a new order:
“ Your delivery was canceled, Julian
We’re sorry, we had to cancel your delivery order because it was flagged by our policy review team.
You won't be charged for these items. Any temporary hold placed on your payment method should be removed within 10 business days.”
I’m concerned this may somehow be connected to my first order, where I was sent the wrong SafeCatch Salmon product. I requested a refund for that issue, but the process has involved multiple conversations with support as well as a trip to my local Walmart store for the return.
I’m hoping my account has not been restricted or banned. I contacted customer support and was told it was a temporary 24-hour hold related to possible bank fraud verification, but it has now been longer than 24 hours and the issue is still happening.
