i was just looking around a little more, and it seems i may have an issue here😬 any advice?

after seeing battlefield curator talking about this, i realized my bolt head sits angled away like this from the lug when tight, which he said means it's unserviceable. also, the hook on the bolthead can still lift up off the guide rail. i'm glad to have figured out about these before trying to fire it, but i'm not sure what the next steps are. do i purchase different bolt heads and see if one fits properly?

got myself a mk3! i plan to eventually unsporterize it, can anyone decipher these markings for me? i see no DP marks, i made sure of that before buying it. i see the receiver is stamped GR, B.S.A CO. 1916, SHTLE mkiii*

i see the few things i eventually need to get; the 10rd mag, sight ears and all the proper furniture+front sight guard. trigger and safety both work as intended and i have a friend who is going to give me a few rounds to test it!

This may be a silly question but this will be my first time purchasing an SMLE; i'm curious how easy it would be to buy this inert drill rifle, and then purchase a barreled receiver to just put the furniture on? does the .303 and .308 have anything else that would need to be swapped?

finally have a new leaf coming after quite some time! the two leaves before came rather quickly after another, but this took about two months to do anything. but does this petiole on the new leaf look strange to you? i've never seen "wrinkles" like that before on one. will it affect the next leaf?

anyone here have an fns with a custom milled slide for red dot? would love to see some just to get an idea!

i plan to eventually send this to ncengravers to get milled for, probably, a holosun 407k or even just a swampfox sentinel and also get the slide cerakoted to FDE. wanted to see if anyone with an FNS here has something similar, i'd love to see them!

How to spot a fake? I was given this by a friend, and was just curious to see. it works good nonetheless but i'm having problems with the picatinny screw, it has shredded threads and never gets tight enough and will just blow off my gun after a few rounds lol.
