[ADVISE NEEDED] I'm working on a very special watch band and need to engrave initials. Any recommendations? Stamp? Burn?
Hey y'all! I am in need of some advice. I'm working out a very special family heirloom watch that I was going to have initials engraved into the watch case. It turns out that the watch case is ribbed/'fluted' so I cannot engrave the initials on the actual case like I envisioned. I've decided that I'd like to get the initials on the leather of the watch band instead. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to best accomplish this? The first things that come to my mind would be using a stamp but they'll have to be quite small to fit the narrow watch band. My next thought was using a wood burning pen to 'write' them on the band but I'm not sure that will look professional.
Any other thoughts?
