So much potential

So much potential

I really hope they add more to this came, more plants obviously.. More furniture, possibly having a pet at the shop, selling coffee, online option where you can visit other shops.

It's such a cozy game, I like how you can change the settings so you don't have to worry about your plants dying if you don't water them in time or over water them. You can pause and close the shop anytime! I love the challenge of getting all the variegated plants and how you can mark plants not for sale.

Really great game that could add more .

My sourdough journey so far (pictures are in order from when I first started to my first successful loaf )

My problem with sourdough was that I’m a beginner who was using advance and high hydration recipes that I found on tik tok . I finally found a low hydration recipe that works for me right now . I think it’s 60% .

Recipe that worked for me as a beginner, I used in cup measurements because my scale died on me

Beginner Low-Hydration Sourdough (Cup
Version)
• ½ cup active sourdough starter
• 1 cup + 2 tablespoons water
• 4 cups bread flour
• 1¾ teaspoons salt

After mixing ingredients I let rest in bowl covered for an hour then started my stretch and folds . Because it’s low hydration it was challenging to do my sets without tearing the dough so I had to be careful . I did 4 sets of stretch and folds in 30 minute increments . After my stretch and folds I covered bowl again and left it so it can bulk ferment , which last for about 7 hours . After the pull test I took it out of the bowl and shaped it and plopped it in my banneton basket and stuck in the fridge over night .
After 10 am the next morning I took it out of the basket and it held its shaped for the first time , while my Dutch oven was pre-heating in my oven until it reached 232° c I scorred it the easiest was I know how to. Once that was down I placed it in the oven with the lid on for 25 mins , after I took the lid off and reduced my heat to 202° c for another 25 minutes . Sourdough was ready after that so I took it out to cool for about 3 hours . I’m very happy with it !
