Stolen package found!
Hi all. Just wanted to provide an update to yesterday’s post which I have since deleted.
Yesterday, this man stole a package off my porch in the elmwood village, containing a watch that belonged to my father. He passed away last month and I had sent his watch to be repaired.
I do not know why the shinola watch company shipped it back to me without stipulating signature required, but that’s besides the point.
Thanks to some members of r/Buffalo I was able to learn this man’s full name and spots that he frequents.
Thanks to them, and some incredible people I met along the way I was able to peacefully recover my dad’s watch without the help of the police.

P.S. as angry at the thief as I am, I do not feel like it is right to post his name publicly, however if you have been ripped off my this man please send me a message and I would be happy to identify him privately
