I’ve noticed how almost every 24 hours exactly I Break out. Like clockwork. Im good for the rest of the day After the shower, the Next day Same time I took the shower a day before, I get the itching. Thats so weird to me. I also stopped drying myself off with a towel After showering, letting my body air dry. That reduced it, but not gone fully. Also, when I exfoliate / use a loofah, the Symptoms the next day are way worse. I think my skin is broken.
