manifesting appearance changes
im currently manifesting drastic appearance changes specifically my ideal body and i’ve had an ED for almost all of my teenage years and recently it has gotten bad. i started recovery a little under two weeks ago and at the same time ive been manifesting my ideal body. i also use subliminals. i’ve seen slight changes but looking in the mirror really does impact me negatively, how can i avoid the discouragement?
