Looking for 2 Bed + Maid or 3 Bed in Arjan or nearby (no JVC) budget is 105K Max

As the title said, I'm looking for a 2 Bed + Maid or 3 Bed apartment in any if the following areas

Arjan, Furjan, JVT, IMPZ, Sports City or Motor City.

I'm not interested in JVC unless it's right by the exit.

Not interested in "storage rooms" that double as a maids room, that's inhumane.

I'd rather do 4 cheques but I can do 2 cheques if needed.

Ideally chiller free or bundled with DEWA.

Clean building (common areas) is a non negotiable for me. Prefer to rent direct from owner

Is paintless dent repair an option?

So I hit the parking barrier on my out of the building and to my surprise it didn't shatter into paper bits like it does in GTA Vice City.

I'm looking to repair the car but I'm not sure of the best approach, I have comprehensive insurance and resale value is the last of my concerns; it's a 2017 Kia Sportage that I have no intention of selling anytime soon.

  1. Is paintless dent repair even an option for such damage? Any recommended workshop?

  2. Is submitting a claim with my insurance + police report really worth it? Won't my insurance premium go up significantly after a claim? It's my first accident ever so haven't done that before?

  3. I'm worried about paint matching in the event of repair or replacing the door even with full panel repaint as the car original paint is Pearl White with those shiny beeds inside the paint- is true match even possible? (Due to age of car, sun damage, etc..)

Why can't I find REAL mozzarella in Dubai?

I'm not talking about fresh or buffalo mozzarella - just your regular FULL FAT MILK low moisture mozzarella. Most brands are now skim milk and vegetable oil abominations that shouldn't be even labeled as cheese. Only luck I had is 3KG+ blocks or shredded from restaurant suppliers. It's really baffling that everyone seems to just consume shredded palm oil abominations as if it's real cheese
