Is it like:
979.09% ult × 60%(S2), then × 75% (endnote) = 2,741.45%
or
979.09% ult + 135% (S2 + Endnote) = 2,300.86%
As for his s3, is the 136% multiplier increase override the current 110% increase in base kit, or is it 136% + 110% = 246% multiplier increase?
