Looking for a reliable tool that can efficiently auto IG DMs without feeling spammy and risking my acc

Hi there, recently i am trying to use ig to outreach more leads for my small brand, ofc other social media will be included in my plans later.
My office is totally a solo type,  and I just find myself spending too much time on these repeating routine tasks——post some content, reply to comments, answer DMs, and slowly build a community …, barely no extra time to find new customers.
So I plan to save time on mass broadcasting for my brand, using an automatic way for
broader reach, let’s the tool to help me share information about new product listings, promotional ads, coupons, etc... and this can also be a good way to bring me more leads. i've tried some chatbots tools but their plans always come with messaging credit limits, which makes it easier to cost me too much over budgets. So I wanna know if there are any good solution that can help auto broadcast to ig contacts safely
well, I’m not very technical, so I'd prefer to skip any overly complicated options. pls lmk what tools or workflow are u using for auto-dm on ig?
thx for suggestions in advance

Running a brand feels like having several different jobs... what parts are you guys automating?

tbh running a brand(even though a small one) is quite different from what i imagined. when i started, i thought most of my time would go into product and marketing ideas. but somehow i ended up doing a bit of everything, lol
content planning, posting, replying to customers, checking analytics... none of these things are super difficult, but together they kinda eat up the whole day.
i tried a few tools like schedulers and some bots to handle some repetitive stuff. they definitely help, but also have their own problems.
e.g. chatbots are great for instant reply when customers already come to me, but generally don’t solve the key point of expanding outreach.
and with social media, i’m a bit cautious about making things too automated. brands still need human touch, otherwise everything starts feeling like copy-paste.
right now i’m trying to find a good balance between automation and manual work, curious how you guys handle this.
What tools actually saved you a lot of time? would love to hear how people are doing this in real life 🙏

Is being active across platforms necessary for small brands now?

feels like social media traffic is becoming more fragmented than before. i'm managing several ig local profiles but it seems not enough, so i am considering following the pace of this trend and trying other platforms (tk, threads...)
well, my brand is relatively small, being active everywhere is not that simple. i am worried that things like content creation, platform switching, and content publishing will quickly be a hassle. Will the same content be reused across platforms with some adjustments make sense, or is it better to build a totally different content strategy for each SMM acc?
Also want to get some advice on tools for day-to-day work when dealing with multiple platforms, accounts, and posting schedules? i see someone recommend things like schedulers, anti-detect browsers, cloud phones... but decide which one to use among the markets makes me lose. would be glad to hear real-world suggestions 🙏

Looking for Effective & Real tips to make my ig pages get rid of reach jail..

I’m running several ig accounts for different markets and noticed that some accounts grow faster than others, even when the content strategy is almost identical.
i already got the info that ig will shadow ban accounts by device signals, ip... so i have carefully set up the device environment with cloud phones and environment detection all passed. Are there any platform limits that I missed? thx for any advice that can make my pages go in track.

IG ads vs DM outreach for getting customers — what works better for small brands?

hey, I have a small brand and use ig as my main channel for getting customers. Lately, i am thinking where I should put more effort to promote my brand. Running ads can get brand reach but can quickly go beyond my budget. If focus more on dm campaign, are there any tips to avoid being flagged as spam by ig? i dont wanna lose my account bc of bulk dm 🙏
would love to hear any strategy or tools you are using. thx in advance!

How can I target audiences in specific regions on Instagram?

I’m currently trying to build a few Instagram business accounts focused on specific regions for content pushing and grow a truly local audience, but I’m not sure is there any proven way to make IG consistently treat my account as “native” one?
Also want to know if anyone knows whether Instagram has updated anything recently around multi-account usage. I’m running 2 accounts and wondering if there are new restrictions / risk signals I should watch out for.
Would love to hear what’s actually working for people doing local pages or regional marketing. Thx in advance!
