Hiring: Head of Operations / Chief of Staff — Shelter Studios (digital marketing agency, Australia)

Hey guys, we're a boutique creative and digital marketing agency working mostly with luxury hospitality and accommodation clients across Austrlaia.

We're after a Head of Operations / Chief of Staff to come in and basically run the internals of the agency so the founders can focus on growth and client relationships.

You'd need:

  • Solid, proven experience in operations at a digital marketing agency, this isn't a role for someone learning agency life on the job
  • A real background in social media management, enough to actually oversee and quality check content output across multiple clients
  • Comfort working close to founders, wearing a lot of hats, and making calls without needing everything spelled out
  • Genuine interest in hospitality/tourism is a bonus but not essential.
  • Ability to handle accounts as required.

It's a hands-on role. Some days you'll be building out processes and reporting, other days you'll be jumping into a client account to sort something out. We're a small, operator-led agency (the founders run their own short-stay property too), so we're looking for someone who gets things done rather than just talks about getting things done.

We're based in Sydney, Australia, but this is a fully remote and flexible role.

Rate is around $1500 AUD p/m

If keen, drop a comment or send a DM and I'll pass details along to our hiring team.
