Does anyone know there refund policy? They say its per UGC but no details are there on website

like in amritsar interview weightage is 15% but 12th is 20%....and maybe in some other IIMs too.....and add to that number of seats are too less everywhere except maybe in Indore and Rohtak. Shillong is exception with 50% interview weightage

Can someone comment on 2+2 courses, where 2 years are at BITS and 2 years in some foreign uni? Is high fees and no placements the only downside of this?
