Hello! My family is looking at a possible relocation to the Dubuque area. We currently live in a major U.S. with one of the top school districts nationwide. What is the best school in the area? What about towns like Galena, IL or Plattesville, WI (higher ranked schools) and commuting to Dubuque daily.

We’re possibly moving from a major TX city to State College, PA. How much of a culture shock will we be in? We’re looking for the best elementary school, kid friendly neighborhood, outdoor activities and culture that the university will provide. We’re also an interracial family (black & white).
