I remember the propaganda around him (most likely paid for) of being a Bruce Wayne savior (small pp rich person wannabe batman energy) of the Oilers when he did actually buy the team. (I wonder where the fear mongering of moving the team to the states came from...)
In his second bid attempt, he absolutely fleeced the Oilers Investment group and they caved to the fear mongering.
