Bell My Account Has Never Worked Since I Became a Customer

Any idea what I can do? My Bell account hasn't worked at all since I subscribed about three weeks ago. I've tried different browsers and devices, but I always get the same error.

I've called customer support multiple times, but they haven't been able to resolve the issue.

Trailing stop loss logic

We will soon be able to gamble like degenerates using Kalshi on Wealthsimple. But, we can’t have a trailing stop loss because Wealthsimple is supposed to be only for investing. Could someone explain the logic here?
