Wrong billing country during Workspace setup, now I can't finish the setup nor change anything.
Hey all, hoping someone has been through this before. I was setting up a new Google Workspace account for my domain, and automatically selected the country I am currently in, and unknowingly, I also set that as the billing country. My billing info is from another country, and not the one that it selected, and I need the billing/tax info to reflect that.
To make things worse, I'm now stuck at a payment gate that's pre-filled with Local info, which I can't complete, so I can't even get into the Admin console to try to fix anything from there. And I can't go back as the email address and domain has been "taken" even though I did not finish the payment and setup.
I want to retain the domain and email, just get my correct billing country in, so i can pay them the money they want and use the services.
Any help appreciated. Pretty frustrating ...
