Is my sacroiliac joint popping? (Idk if my hypermobility is why or smthn, I’m also able to pop my hip and my arm out of place) My very low back feels uncomfortable/off, then I clench my glutes and it cracks loudly. It’s mildly painful but feels better after. What is this? Also super sorry if I’m bothering anyone or if this doesn’t go into this community
