I'm biracial if that helps at all

I'm proud of my score because this is my first test, and on my first few practice tests I was scoring 22-25 on math. I dedicated a lot of my studying to math to get it to where it is now. My latest practice tests accurately reflected my math results. I also increased my english score from a 25 to 35 on practice tests in a few days because I reviewed dependent and independent clauses lol.

However, I'm somewhat disappointed with my reading and science scores. On practice tests, I was consistently scoring 33-36 in those sections for months. Come test day, people are talking in the testing room and getting up during those sections, so I wasn't able to think well. I want to blame that on the huge discrepancy in my test and practice test scores, but it feels like I'm just making excuses. So, does anyone have any tips on how I can improve them? I don't really know what I'm not understanding in those sections because I took a practice test AFTER getting my scores back and got 34 in both.
