I currently have my iPod touch 4 unlocked but I can’t access my music since itunes doesn’t work on it anymore, is there any way to recover it?

Due to the iOS of the iPod touch 4 and I can’t access the Apple Store or start my CoC account. Is there a way to recover it or start the game up on the iPod. The only account details I know are the Apple id and Game Center email.

I've been looking around to see if there were any methods to keep all my data without knowing my password. For the most part, I've seen that the only way to open it is to erase the data, but I also saw some people have had some luck, but it looks to be pretty complicated. I believe mine is a 4th-generation iPod Touch that hasn't been opened in about 10 years. Is there a reliable place I could send it so it could be opened, or is there anything I could do, or am I out of luck?
