I have two of these awnings that need to be reupholstered. They have a solid metal frame and can be easily removed and re-installed to be worked on. Currently have a quote on hand from Pacific Tent & Awning for just under $2,400. The job is located in Tower District.

Would be super grateful for any recommendations for others! Thanks in advance.

Knowing that the bar is already relatively low with Spectrum, was wondering if any neighbors are experiencing prolonged outages since the "system upgrade" work done overnight last week?

I am in the Beverly Vista MS area. The rep was unable to provide specifics on a resolution but acknowledged an area-wide issue going on several days now.
