The Empire Of The Rising Sun (Command And Conquer: Red Alert 3) While all of the C&C (Red Alert or not) are insane, C&C:RA3 really takes the cake, the story goes that during an Alternative WW2 the soviets and Allies are fighting, and with the soviets facing near defeat, they use a time machine to go back and kill Albert Einstein and when they return they find out that they now have dominance within Europe, however as a unintended consequence, they Japaneses empire (referred to as The Empire Of The Rising Sun) are never nuked, and somehow build up a massive and high tech army (that is a mix of both Feudal, imperial and anime shizz) that can now actually take on both the Allies and the Soviets which leads to WW3 (all sides are playable in C&C:RA3)
