The most unrealistic part of Scott Pilgrim…

is not the video game-like fights or the fact that so many girls like Scott, it’s the fact that Scott is able to maintain a consistent friend group of 20-somethings in a big city like Toronto.

I’m rereading the comics again now that I turned 23, and I’m the same age as Scott, and that’s my biggest takeaway. As a post-grad forced to live with their parents for monetary reasons, I’m super jealous of Scott for this reason. I wish it was easier to maintain friends in your 20s.

Honest to God I sorta flip flop between the two characters. But if I had to pick, it would be Kim. I use Crash Bandicoot because I can make up so many interactions between him and the SP cast. But Kim on a technicality is who I use to represent my account Kim Pine Lost In Time By mr_illustr4tion

It finally arrived.

My copy of Scott Pilgrim EX Deluxe finally arrived, tho I am pretty pissed off at it and limited run to open it bc it took too long to arrive (it’s still really cool)
