Sesame-Ginger Tofu Poke Bowl
Love the different textures, crunch with the soft and the flavor was on point. Surprised at how flavorful the tofu was.

Really really good!! I'm a little disappointed with the amount given but I I'm a volume eater so that could be my issue. I put it with some Konjac rice and I am good!
Don't get me wrong, this is good but ... A little lacking.
No marriage here... Maybe a firm and friendly handshake?
Anyone else experience this? I am one week post op and the surgeon took off the steroid trip and said to wait a week before using maderma.
Literally still in recovery but it's done! No spread to the lymph, and he says there was no damage to the parathyroid or vocal nerves (still can't talk but meh, hurts to try anyways).
Super happy with the outcome so far, but man this hurt!
I drive to my mom’s house from Virginia to Delaware semi-regularly, and my routine is always the same: stop at Wawa, get an iced coffee, continue pretending caffeine is not an addiction. Unfortunately this past Friday there were bad storms and my usual Wawa had no power.
So at 10:00 PM, against my better judgment and because I needed something to keep me awake, I stopped at Royal Farms (which, respectfully/disrespectfully, is not my preferred coffee establishment).
Their iced coffee setup immediately confused me because apparently you get the cup over by the soda machines and then migrate across the store to the coffee station where all the fixins are. There were two guys standing there looking equally confused, and despite having absolutely no idea what I was doing, I confidently became their tour guide.
I was like, “Follow me, we’re figuring this out together.” and handed them cups and lids as if I had done this before. Very little small talk, just united in our shared confusion and commitment to getting caffeine.
They made theirs, I made mine… then took one sip and realized I had created something deeply incorrect and had to dump it and start over and the guys walked away.
A couple minutes later one of them came back and said, “I paid for your coffee.”
It was such a tiny thing but also so unexpectedly sweet? Like sir, we were strangers five minutes ago and our only bond was navigating the weird Royal Farms coffee system together.
Anyway, wherever you are, coffee guy — thank you. You made my night and restored a little faith in random human interactions.
