Don't have time to cold crash

I have a 14 day hooch that i'd like to drink in a few hours, but i wasn't home yesterday to put it in the fridge so i could drink it today. Would putting it in the freezer for about 1h and 30 mins then syphoning it into a new bottle work? Any ideas would be helpful!

Major regret 😭

I was fermenting some juice in its bottle, but I didn’t leave enough headspace.....The next day I checked on it and saw the cap had fallen off, so I just put it back on, cleaned the outside of the bottle and let it keep fermenting. After about 10 days, I cold crashed it and siphoned it. I only had one glass, and a few hours later I started VIOLENTLY vomiting and had insane diarrhea. I was such a mess that my girlfriend had to take me to the ER!!!

Moral of the story: the bottle definitely got contaminated. Even from just one glass, I felt like death. Be careful, you guys. That was very dumb of me. NEVER AGAIN.

Diarrhea from iron supplements

So after doing blood tests, turns out my ferritin is at 18 so my doc asked me to take iron supplements (OptiFer C) I've been taking it for 6 days but the past 2 days i've been struggling with intense diarrhea and it's been exhausting!!!

Please recommend brands that worked for you :( i'm genuinely struggling

I'm 27f. Long story short, i received my blood tests today with tsh: 1.59 - and the results are compared with the last time i've checked on my tsh, which was in September 2024 (tsh was 5.52)

I just randomly did a blood test to do a check up, but now i'm not sure if i should be worried?

(My mother has hypothyroidism)
