Hello! As Phlage is banned now, Boros Energy has the opportunity to play other cards... [[Jetmir, Nexus of Revels]] with the lot of tokens the deck makes could be cool with Arena of Glory and [[Follow the Lumarets]] for card draw.
I know is not a good idea 😅 but I have always wanted to add green to the energy deck.

Final Fantasy II is considered the worst main FF game... But I love it (at least the Game Boy Advance version), and I thing it deserves one more version.
Dragon Quest II also was considered the worst main DQ game for a lot of people... But its HD-2D version... Is almost perfect. New graphics, animated battles, voice acting, now the characters feel like characters, new bosses, extended scenarios, etc.
I'd love a Final Fantasy II with the same things.
Hi, I began playing Modern (seriously) with Boros Energy, and today it loses Phlage.
To be honest, I did not like the card, good riddance. Having it on your side? Cool! It against you? Almost a game loss.
The thing is, we kind of have 4 slots in deck for other cards, and I think Arena of Glory without Phlage is not as useful.
So, if you think the deck is not dead (I hope not) what do you think we can use? As per now, I have no idea, the (worst) idea I have is 4 lightning bolts.

Q. If I use Slowking’s “Seek Inspiration” attack and discard a Metagross with the “Metallic Hammer” attack, can Slowking do the extra +150 damage if it has no {M} Energy to discard?
A. Yes it can, but if Slowking does have any Metal Energy or Rainbow-like Energy attached it would have to discard as much as it can (up to 3) if you choose to do the extra damage. Otherwise if you choose to not do the extra damage Slowking would get to keep its attached {M} Energy.

I went to a RCQ last week and ended 3/0/2, losing against Amulet and Domain. Sadly, ended as 5th with only Top 4.
Tomorrow, I'm going to other RCQ, and I have a couple of questions:
-Why Static Prison is not played anymore? I think I lack space for it, but it was good against some permanents to buy some time.
-Is better to have 2 Blood Moon in the main deck? Mostly against Amulet and Eldrazi Tron.
-Looking at the latest MTGO lists, they have 1 Blood Moon, 1 Fable of the Mirror-Breaker and 1 The Legend of Roku in main deck. Why is that ratio used?
