Yeah I know a lot of people glaze him too much, but he’s still a super dangerous threat and gets reduced to just shaori when he’s got a lot more - realistically, considering Retsu’s school is closely related, he should have knowledge of essentially every technique Retsu knows - and he knew the imaginary joint technique before Katsumi did.

I don’t have him above Musashi or anything but he would probably still dance circles around Nomi No Sukune - and it’s ambiguous, but if memory serves his strikes did draw some blood from Demon Back Yujiro before he was defeated. He is still the pinnacle of Chinese Martial arts.

I know "haha balls" but I'm being serious, considering the fact that he's been shown to tear and crush things this could be a lethal, or at the very least crippling, attack for him to use. Hell, technically, the damage could be bad enough that surgery just wouldn't work and the bleeding would be massive (I think even Itagaki knows how bad actually damaging that area us).
