Any way to get past ISP throttling?

Currently have Cox internet and i’ve confirmed that my RD sources are being throttled. I downloaded proton vpn on my firestick and my attempts scrape became instant as opposed to a 5-10 minute wait time i’ve been experiencing the the past year or so. Even a short tv show usually takes a while. The problem is that when using proton VPN, after about an hour or so my kodi freezes and i have to reset the vpn and thus the entire scrape.
What can i do here? I’ve tried a few other free vpn’s but none work long term and i don’t really want to pay for more services.

Daniel is a beautiful, funky bridgesii from here in southern San Diego county. Found the original stand while riding my bike by the beach, and I named the plant after a friend of mine who had passed away recently. The plant is nearly identical to SS02, but after growing the two side-by-side for 6 years (and from testing by fellow sub members), i have found Daniel to be a very distinct clone. It has a tendency to get funky and produce semi-monstrose growth, with most mature logs growing substantially thicker than most bridgesii i have seen. Older growth also has the potential to go bald.

I included some example photos in the slides.
