19' toyota highlander hybrid trans fluid

Going to change my trans fluid in my once I get back from Florida in 2 weeks (driving). whats the procedure look like and what fluid should I use? I'm at I'll be at 102K when I get back and admittedly should've changed it sooner since I've been towing pretty often with it.

Looking at buying this ex

I’m posting here to see if you guys can talk me in (or out) of buying this. I will be going to look at it tomorrow and can update with pics then. They’re asking 2500$ it’s 4x4 5.4L and 235k miles. Seller says everything works.

are 6.0s that bad?

Looking at a 6.0 with 230k miles. Its pretty clean for how many miles. not sure if any works done to it.
