Buying a new car or putting a new (to the car aka less miles) engine in my 01 330i
Damn sure my car has rod knock. No, I don’t plan on throwing away the old engine. I might actually find a healthy crankshaft for it and put new bearings on it and let the other engine blow or until I wreck the car, yk?
Mainly because everything else on the engine is as healthy as an ox ,except for the piston rings. But that’s about it. Or am I thinking too much about this and I should just say f it and get a crankshaft off a donor engine and put it in my current engine?

What do yall think this could be 2001 330i bmw I don’t think it could be a rod knock because of how long it’s lasted
Context: started like a over a year ago and hasn’t gotten better or worse just stayed the same can’t find anything on the noise

So after redoing the timing on my car these are the codes that have came up with flooding and a crank no start(03/2001 330i BMW)
It has a crank no start. I’ve gotten it to start twice since then. It ran fine but no throttle, and after starting again, it ran like shit at 500 rpms.
And I redid the timing because the upper tensioner was bad, and I also noticed the timing was off in the first place because notches weren’t lining up properly, neither were the cams.
And the last picture is the compression on each cyl.
I’m about to burn this damn car. Please help🥲

Literally just moved in, and she came over and told us we have too much stuff after we just got a washer and didn’t have clothes clean and put up, and none of our belongings were put up because we both work all the time and are telling us we have a month to get everything cleaned up and/ or get a storage unit. Keep in mind the things we have fit in one room. Is she just micromanaging and overreacting? Because I wanna tell this mf off
