Judt looking for at least one other person interested in trying this out, or maybe even a more experienced player that doesn't mind a newer friend. Kinda done with solos lol.

To sum it up I probably have around 3k+ hours in D2, but all of that was ohhhh 15-16 years ago. I am very rusty and have found myself in a bit of a tough spot.
I am playing a trap sin (first time EVER playing sin) and got to act 2 in hell. I can't for the life of me get past the maggot lair. I have always been HORRIBLE at TP spam (pally / necro main and I hoof it everywhere). Is there a trick to it? I have literally gone broke in both runes and money repairing my TP staff over and over. I get to the bottom, drop a portal, and die before I can loot and get out. It is beyond frustrating, and I am at the point where I either make another character and go again, or find out another way around this stupid place.
I am aware maggot lair has been a pain point for many a class for years, it just sucks that the only solution for me is TP spam, and that is something I have never ever been good at.
Any suggestions, advice, or help is welcome.
EDIT: A kind soul DMed me some advice on holding a non interact key while TPing and that helped out a TON. Try 42 Success!
