What kind of hawk is this? [South Dakota]

Im not sure if this is a chicken hawk or a female redtail. These hawks have been around my shop for a while now and ive always been a hawk lover but ive never seen multiples like this in the same area. Today theyve been making a ton of noise unlike ive seen from them before. Theyve also been spending a lot more time lower to the ground recently. Is this a family? I think they have a nest on the cell tower right behind our building. Ill try to include the video of them on the tower together in the comments.

Help with advancing on ladder

Hey ive been playing for about a month now and ive got a cold sorc set up with gear and I am able to farm fairly consistently. (shout out to the random that hooked me up with a cold sunder) Now that im in farming mode I cant understand how to actually generate any real wealth on my account. I literally just acquired my first ist rune from trading a token. Ive been able to get some drops but they only really seem to go for low runes/or P ammys on traderie. Im currently trying to work towards obtaining a torch. Is the market just flooded with stuff bc im late to starting ladder or what? Also I have no idea how I would have been able to advance in any meaningful way without that random hooking it up with the cold sunder, makes me feel blown away by the people who are able start early ladder seasons.
