Hey everyone, does anyone know if they're building public parking spaces in Emirates City? I noticed the ongoing roadworks and was wondering if this means we'll be getting paid parking zones soon. People in this area really need secure parking because they are handing out fines every single day now, but there is absolutely nowhere nearby to park legally.

I am looking to rent a 2BHK in Emirates City, Ajman, but online reviews are making me hesitate. I visited Rose Tower in person the building seems decent, but the 2BHK layout is quite small, all units are the same size,as per management and the electrical panel is awkwardly placed right where the TV or sofa should go.
For Gulf Tower, reviews warn about constant, disturbing fire alarms and high maintenance charges.
For Fortune Residency, residents complain about slow and problematic elevators.
What are your thoughts on these buildings?
Which one would you recommend living in, or should I look elsewhere?
Which real estate companies or property management agencies operating in Emirates City, Ajman, are known for providing honest customer service and responsive maintenance to their tenants?
I’m so glad I watched Season 2 first, because if I had started with Season 1, I would have dropped the series immediately. I couldn't even bring myself to finish the first season. I skipped straight to the finale just to ensure the villains didn't win.
The lack of humanity displayed by Team Alpha was disgusting. Those two women were manipulative, toxic, and pure drama. I honestly don't know how they look their family and friends in the eye after showing that side of themselves on television, especially as new viewers continue to discover the show.
I really wish Team Charlie had realized what they did to Javier, who was ruthlessly bullied by Alpha. What’s wild to me is the double standard, Team Charlie was completely willing to take Jill despite her toxic attitude, yet they rejected Justin the second he sabotaged Alpha's camp. He was literally just giving them a taste of their own medicine after what they did to Javier and Team Delta. They deserved that payback a million times over.
