


Trying out raw corn
I usually do just fruits and greens, but went to buy fruits and wholesaler offered 15kg crate of very fresh and sweet white & yellow corn for just 40$ so I figured itll be interesting.
these Soups were fat free, just corn n veggies, I usually monomeal my veg, but trying out diversity for the whole "gut microbiome" thing
The green one was one of the best meals i had this year - 7 corns, 8 whitebutton mushrooms, 3 zuchinis-lot of brocoli microgreens, lemon juice and black pepper. Zucchini spiralized, everything else blended.
I also had another dinner of just raw dogging 15 white corn cobs, was so good
