I'm thinking of trying out Shadowverse Evolve (Physical Version) any tips?

Today when i was on the bus home and a man suddenly collapsed on the floor and right away 3 people when to try and help him and they managed to get him up and before it happened they weren't even looking at him they were doing other things and the bus driver even stopped the bus but before he got up and got better.
