Accidentally ordered to the wrong location, cancelled, never picked it up, but they refuse refund

Ordered off the app to use my points and as soon as I ordered I realized I sent it to the wrong store. I didn’t see an option to cancel on the app so I immediately called the store I ordered to and asked if they could cancel it. They said they couldn’t do anything on their end and I would have to contact customer support. They thanked me for letting them know then I promptly sent the support team a ticket through the app. This was our email thread. Cannot believe this is their resolve!!!

Popeyes in nyc

Currently in nyc now. Which popeyes franchise offers the best, juiciest fried chicken pieces?

And nyc people, are there any other chicken places in nyc that makes the juiciest, the most crispy chicken?

Popeyes new franchisees bringing down the company

I travel a lot and eat at many different Popeyes locations. I’ve noticed that a lot of the franchises are now being run by middle eastern people. I have no problem with them but the chicken is now noticeably different. It doesn’t have that same flavor all the way to the bone anymore. When you get into the meat it’s just plain flavorless chicken. If this keeps up, I’m out. I eat there at least a couple times a week.

Guess I’m getting the Big Box

What is going on with these prices!

If I get the entree it’s $10.77, but if I get the Big Box, I also get 2 sides including for just $6.00 (which is a great deal.

Popeyes Chicken in Matamoras / Milford PA Fails Inspection

After eating at the Popeyes chicken near the border of Milford in Matamoras, Pennsylvania, right in front of the Lowe’s hardware store I and members of my family were sickened.

I filed a complaint and in response to the Pennsylvania state government inspected them

They failed that inspection

I did a public records request so I have the inspection results

I have posted the last page of the inspection with the comments by the inspector

In the information I received as a result of my records request I could also see that this location has had multiple complaints made against them over the last four years and they keep failing inspections so they don’t seem to be learning anything from these failed Inspections and aren’t changing their ways.

Now you forewarned

Leftover food

Has anyone ever gone in to Popeyes a few mintues before closing and asked what they do with any leftover food or expired food? Do they throw it away? Has anyone ever been given the food they are about to throw away? Or any employees here ever had a person ask this question? Because when I go in there I see all this chicken, biscuits, beans & rice, mac & cheese, possibly shrimp also, pre-made just sitting on the warmer shelves and I'm thinking what happens at the end of the day if no one orders all that?

what do you, as a consumer, really want from a fast-food restaurant?

Hey guys! I hope everyone is doing well. To get to it: what do you, as a consumer, really want from a fast-food restaurant? More diverse menu? Better service? More digital finesse, as in mobile apps and social media interactions? Let me know. (ps. feel free to mention other things than the ones i've listed)

ROOMATES think Popeyes is better than canes..

My roommates convinced me and my girl to try Popeyes. They always shit on canes saying “the breading never sticks” “the bread is flavorless” “the sauce isn’t all that” well, we tried Popeyes today. No signature sauce given, no utensils. Chicken was bland. The only good things were the Mac and cheese and biscuits even then I’d rather have the canes bread. This is the start of the great chicken wars.. which do you guys think is better…?!

I cooked and cleaned one last time, and changed the oil.

I’ve left my job at Popeyes. I did one final shift of cooking, cleaning the fryers, and changing the oil. find another job, but I just wanted to share this.

What new items from Popeyes do you guys want to see?

For me, I think it would be a good business decision if they started selling fish and chips, salmon, and duck breast

Has the once almighty Popeye's chicken sandwich gone downhill?

I used my free sandwich redemption from T-Mobile Tuesday with the purchase of $6 big box. Both sandwich and box ordered spicy. The sandwich had so much gristle I had to give a majority of it to my dog. The big box chicken was completely flavorless along with the mashed potatos.
