For some reason, those things that are supposed to be simple circles get deformed so bad in there when compiling, but in the editor they look just fine.
Why does that happen?

So, recently I've been receiving a lot of weird recordings. Up until now, they've all been audio only, but this one actually came with video, even if it's pretty short.
As you can see, it shows a Combine squad fighting... whatever that thing is. According to the footage, and from what I've read at the Museum in City 13, it's a creature called a Stampeder. They usually travel in packs across the wastelands and are completely passive unless attacked. Once they get attacked in any way they become extremely aggressive. From what I've read, they're strong enough to take down large creatures like Bullsquids, and well... I guess Combine soldiers aren't an exception.
I'm not sure what those soldiers were trying to accomplish, or why this recording was sent to me specifically. If any Combine unit somehow comes across this and wants the footage, I can send it over. I honestly don't know what to do with it myself.
And to be honest, I'm starting to get a little concerned about whoever keeps sending me these recordings, because they just appear outside my base, i don't even know who sends them.
(OOC: Heyo! Yeah, finally a video that's not about Frank. I've been trying to make up a story with Marcus, of someone sending him recordings that are like some sort of found footage. Not sure what to do exactly but... yeah, trying to make something. Gotta say, this is the first video i do with post-processing that's not audio, but it wasn't so bad, i think)

So, the other day I was running from a Poison Headcrab. I was completely out of ammo and didn't even have a gun on me, but then I saw a Barnacle and thought, "Wait... don't these things die if they eat Poison Headcrabs?"
Turns out it's true.
What I wasn't expecting, though, was the Barnacle literally vomiting up a medkit, some shotgun shells, a S.L.A.M., and even a crowbar.
Was this Barnacle someone's pet or something?
Yeah... weird things keep happening around.
I'm trying to make those diagonal stairs but i don't find any way , even by rotating the texture.
Do i have to make a separate texture for the stairs? Or there's a way of rotating it in-hammer?
I've been hunting Bullsquids for food lately. They're actually not that bad once you cook them, and after fighting enough of them, you start recognizing how they behave. Also, i have a Vortigaunt friend in my base, so he helps a lot with the cooking.
Now, every single Bullsquid I've seen has tried to attack me on sight, but today was different.
I had just killed a smaller aquatic Bullsquid near the shore and was dragging it back to my cart when I heard something moving in the water. Then a much larger Bullsquid slowly came up from the water, but it didn't attack me, I don't know why.
I raised my crossbow just in case, and the moment I started charging it, it began sinking back into the water. I wasn't about to take that risk, so I just shot the crossbow asap before it disappeared. The body floated back to shore a few seconds later.
Still don't know what that was about. Maybe it was just acting differently...
Or maybe something else is going on.
(OOC: Ignore the crossbow bolt floating on the buillsquid, idk why it was like that, and i SERIOUSLY tried any other way to fix that thing 😭)

I personally find it extremely funny, mostly bc of the accent they used for him
