Hi, I had to change the pot in my Vox v847 wah, did everything and soldered the pot checking for continuity, everything fine, now when I plug it in and turn it on no matter how much I move it, it is stuck in the lowest part of the sweep (bass position, or heel-down, if it worked correctly). I checked and the treadle is correctly connected moving the pot as it should.

I have read online that the pot isn't meant to move alo​ng all the sweep, but is actually supposed to be "tuned", could this be the problem? But I'm in doubt​ because along all the sweep it seems like there is no movement at all of the resonant peak
