I'm looking for an online teacher within my budget, which isn't great.

My fear is being taught wrong techniques or it not being as efficient as a more expensive lesson.

What can I ask them to assess that?

Why is it that my perceived effort when running is different to when I'm cycling?

Is it possible that I'm in zone 2 in both cases, when my heart rate is 167 bpm and 119 bpm when doing different types of exercises?
