10 Potential on this Mega Zygarde SIR?

I’ve been using this Aero/Mega Froslass team that got top 8 at Champions Arena last week: https://pokepast.es/ce1c8e99bbd985a4
I’m brand new to VGC but peaked at 1950 ELO on Champs after a few days with the team, so I have a decent idea of what it struggles against (or maybe more so what I struggle against when using it).
The toughest matchups for me are hard Trick Room, especially Farigaraf/Water Spout Blastoise, Zard-Y sun, Mega-Aggron on any team, and Coil Milotic. The latter 2 are because the team lacks a grass/fire type special attacker (or just a second special attacker besides Froslass in general).
How is this team supposed to handle those matchups, in a general sense? Not saying I know better than the top player who built it, of course, but are there potential Mon swaps or team edits that might help?
