Shouldn't I get more points ?
I recently got this BOB HPCL energie card which gives 4% reward points on fuel spends at HPCL.
Attached is my 1st statement and I am not sure why they have not given the 4% rewards and no surcharge waiver as well.
PS: I used the HP pay app to do this.
