Am I the only one that sees more similarities between spiderman 2099 and Gabriel O'Hara from the comics? I think it's a long shot but what if Gabriel replaced Miguel out of jealousy?

Hey everyone, I’ve been trying to track down a game I played a while back and it’s been bugging me.
What I remember:
You play as a dog
The game is a side-scroller, but everything is 3D (2.5D style)
It looked pretty realistic / detailed, not cartoony
The setting was an abandoned or ruined city
Enemies were these gray, dinosaur-looking creatures (not sure if they were actually dinos or just mutants)
I think it might’ve been on mobile or PC, but I’m not 100% sure.
It’s NOT stuff like Stray or typical 2D indie games — this one had a more realistic vibe and 3D models.
If anyone has any idea what this could be, I’d really appreciate it. This has been stuck in my head for a while 😭
