Hey, my buddy finds it strange that the lower wheel stops sometimes. He's worried his car needs fixing. I don't have a clue about that so I've come to ask here. You can hear a click (probably a relay or contactor) and the wheel starts spinning again.

Must we worry? Does it need attendance?
