How can i go pro at 18-19 y/o
I'm 18 and have been playing football for only 1.5–2 years. Despite starting late, I've become one of the best players in my local Stadium , where most players are 20–30 years old with much more experience. I've played in several inter-district and local tournaments but have never joined an academy or attended official trials.
I mainly play as a False 9 or CAM. My biggest strength is dribbling—I'd say it's my best quality. Along with that, I rely on my pace, close control, and ability to beat defenders and create chances. although i have powered and accurate shot, but i like to assist cuz i am good it too.
I want to become a professional footballer. Given my situation, what should my next step be? I'd really appreciate honest advice from people familiar with the Indian football system.

Teacher keeps targeting me and I don't know what to do
I'm a Class 12 student, and my class teacher has been constantly targeting me about my hair and they arent even that long . My school isn't that strict at all, which is why this whole situation feels unnecessary. I also feel like things got worse after I started pushing back instead of just staying quiet.
He's the type of teacher who hits students, punches guys in the arm or back, grabs students by hair, hit by elbow, calls students names like pig, and acts like he always needs to show who's in charge. Most people laugh it off, but it honestly annoys me.
Today we got into a conversation about it. I told him that what he was doing was wrong. He just looked at me and said, "What can you do?" I replied, "Yeah, I can't do anything." Then he told me to cut my hair by tomorrow.
I just got back from the barber shop, and honestly, I'm furious. It's not even just about the haircut. What makes me angry is feeling like I was forced into it and had no real choice.
The reason I feel so stuck is because my parents usually take the teacher's side. Whenever there's an issue, he immediately tries to involve them, which feels unnecessary considering I'm already in Class 12. Because of that, I feel like I can't stand up for myself without making things worse.
I'm usually a pretty chill guy, but this whole situation has me angry all the time. What would you do in my position?
