Ghost Recon Wildlands stutters/pauses while loading terrain on Iris Xe

Need help with Ghost Recon Wildlands stuttering/loading issues.

Laptop specs:

  • i5-1334U
  • Intel Iris Xe
  • 16GB RAM
  • SSD
  • Windows 11

The game is playable and FPS is okay, but textures/objects take time to load and the game pauses/freezes for a few seconds while moving around the map or entering new areas.

It feels like the game is stopping to load assets/terrain.

This became more noticeable after a driver update.

Playing at:

  • 720p
  • low and somethings which doesnt affect vram are on only

Has anyone experienced this on Iris Xe or similar hardware? Any settings or driver fixes that helped?

Should i purchase lenovo legion go

I have a basic study laptop with an Intel i5-1334UIntel Iris Xe graphics, and 16GB of RAM. I'm thinking of getting the Lenovo Legion Go purely for casual gaming during breaks.  Since my main laptop handles my studies, would this be a good upgrade for a relaxed gaming experience? Any suggestions on whether I should go for it or if there's a better option in this space?
