[PC][early 2000s-ish?] Pirate puzzle game
Platform(s): Windows, for sure.
Genre: PROBABLY puzzle. I don't remember the maps in-between the different minigames/puzzles available.
Estimated year of release: Early 2000's, probably closer to the turn of the century. I played it when I was young and not that into games on various other platforms, so it can't have been later than 2010, I don't think.
Graphics/art style: I wish I remembered. I want to say semi-realistic, since it's not cartoony, but it's like... very standard early 2000's era graphics. It was somewhat brightly colored. There were few animations that I can remember, but I didn't get very far in the game itself.
Notable characters: N/A. I don't think the game was very story-based; it was far more gameplay-based. Though I think the PC was a new pirate recruit, if that helps any.
Notable gameplay mechanics: There were so many puzzles that kid me just couldn't solve. I remember trying to load cannonballs or swab the deck with match-3-esque puzzles/minigames, but they weren't quite match-3, if that makes sense.
Other details: I loved puzzles and minigames and match-3 as a child, so I thought I'd have a lot of fun with the game, but I got so frustrated early on because child me couldn't complete the first couple of minigames (which, again, had me loading cannonballs, but I don't remember if I failed that due to some sort of time-lock or a skill-based thing that I lacked).
