If a stock is 100% shariah compliant in terms of business activities, but has 15% debt and 20% interest deposits. On what value do I need to purify my capital gains when selling the stock?

Is purification only needed if the business activities are not 100% compliant? Or is purification also needed if the financial ratios are some number and I have to take that percentage for sadaqah?
