Network theory is officially the worst subject for me . If I can't even handle fucking circuits , how can I ever hope to do anything in VLSI ? this path is not for me .

semiconductor physics ? I am consistently studying from Streetman and Banerjee and it's exercises and they are difficult but doable and even intuitive for me .

EMFT ? Maxwell's equations, wave propagation , polarization? great AND already cleared . Going to start transmission lines soon . this is some great stuff . Such a beautiful subject.

Maths ? no question about it . It's love at this point. I don't even follow GATE coaching lectures anymore , strictly from NPTEL or MIT and books. Cleared entire calculus, currently in linear algebra .

How and why the fuck I can't solve fucking circuits problems of what is supposed to be the most basic subject ? this shit isn't physics or maths it's more catching the pattern than anything. Also my brain spirals about fields whenever I see this shit .

I will study basic circuits because it's needed in every domain of ECE and EE . But I know my ass ain't getting a top rank , and I know I will absolutely fuck things up if I ever go the route of VLSI .

after 6 months I will start studying signals and that would be my last hope .. Hopefully I like it enough or I will change my path to maths or da .

I don't know the increase in seats of CS , but one of our Profesors told that they increased ECE seats from 550 to 1.5k in our batch last year and are only increasing it further .

for CS too there must have been at least 1k seat increase MINIMUM ?

AI is heavily cutting down in mass recruitment, which is like where bulk of placements happen .

So will our batch suffer a lot more ?

anyway I don't really care , I am preparing for masters in core engineering. But yeah , it looks kinda terrible to me , at least for my fellow batchmates.

Guys, does anyone here actually have the PW ECE or EE 2-year batch subscription or study from it regularly?

Till now I’ve mostly been studying from YouTube + standard resources, but I’m thinking of switching to a proper batch. PW and PrepFusion cost almost the same for me, but one thing that shocked me was the sheer amount of lecture content in PW.

Like EDC alone has around 120 hours of lectures 💀 of Kamesh sir .

How are people even managing self-study, revision, and question solving if every subject itself takes 120–150 lecture hours? Feels like I’ll spend all my time just watching classes .

I got the game 4-5 days ago and have an ingame time of around 13 hours . Playing with Scorpion mainly and avoiding spamming teleportation, I can easily go through medium difficulty without any friction but hard mode feels extremely difficult.

till now I haven't managed to clear even 1 Klassic tower in purely hard mode , have gone till 2-3 bosses then gave up .

or I am gonna fail this shit

Chemistry 21CYB101J , theory would be around 74.3% , lab is 100% . I am safe or cooked ?

I am gonna fail in an exam anyway (PPS, i don't know python) so can I skip it entirely? or will it cause complications?
