I mean, it theoretically would work right?
Sooo i messed up when removing the original broken voltage regulator, i accidentally took some of the trace off aswell, but i exposed with that the copper layer of the trace, so i bend the leg of the regulator so it touches the exposed copper. Multimeter beeps so a connection is their, my main question is now, is this a idiotic idea, and if not, should i rather try to solder to it or fixate it with isolation/kapton tape
Its with great pleasure to announce im ready for the follow up events!
I managed to finish LB6 and 7 in 1 week, powered by the motivation to play the follow up event!
Replacment power board
So, idk if it was a loose contact, or simply age, but my power board died, from what i checked D2, D3 are the culprits as i get from them no continuity beep.
Either way, as i dont trust myself to replace such small components i would like to ask for help to find a good replacement power board.
Waited years to find deep cut for a non scalped price, and finally found it
