Are there any issues I should be aware of before buying a AR from PSA?

Sorry for the stupid question but I’m looking for a decent AR-15 running 5.56. Potential budget would be $500-$700. And yes I’ve shot before. I’ve got a place where I can train so the main focus would be mags, ammo, and the gun in question. Came here since I felt yall would know best.

Image 1: snap caps purchased

Image 2: failure that’s currently occurring

Edit: checked and it seems the extraction grove might be larger on the snap caps. Will try and add another image (can’t include image. Won’t let me edit that part of the post annoyingly enough)

Edit 2: issue was resolved. More than likely out of spec snap caps. Is now able to chamber the snap cap. May need to run it harder.
